I'm Angelos, and my great love is beekeeping! Together with my mother, we moved from Athens to Andros, where bees live free — and so do I! When you care for the bee with love, she gives you back honey that is authentic, pure, and full of quality and nutritional value!
Insects never frightened me — on the contrary, they sparked endless curiosity and admiration in me. Bees, especially, enchanted me… so small, yet so significant!
At the age of 7, I started beekeeping as a hobby. At 9, I completed a 100-hour training course and earned a Beekeeping Diploma from the Institute of Agricultural Sciences. I officially became the youngest beekeeper in Greece and an honorary member of the Attica Beekeepers Association.
Together with my mother, we made a big heart-led decision: we left Athens and moved to Andros, so I could be close to nature and my bees. We now have more than 40 beehives — mobile beekeeping (pine, fir, oak) and stationary on the island for thyme and heather.
In the morning I'm a student, in the afternoon a beekeeper. Every day I learn something new — not only about bees, but about life itself: that when there is passion, love, and faith, dreams come true.
Because I'm young and always eager to learn, I attend seminars on practical organic beekeeping, honey tasting, and apitherapy — in Andros, the Peloponnese, Marathon, Grammatiko, Trikala Korinthias, Agrinio, as well as in Slovenia, Austria, and Switzerland.
My vision is to build a bridge of love and connection between children and nature. I want to give a voice and inspiration to every child who dreams of turning their love for the environment into a way of life.
I'd like to build an observation hive as a "model" for presentations to groups of children and at festivals. My next goal: building an api-bed (apitherapy bed), like the one I discovered in Slovenia.

A natural balm made of beeswax and olive oil, enriched with natural ingredients. Moisturising, healing, anti-inflammatory — for dry skin, burns, and bites.
Pure beeswax, melted and filtered using the traditional bain-marie method. Natural scent and warm light.
Among nature's most powerful remedies. Antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant. Propolis tincture and pure pollen.
We harvest the frames with honey right on site, carefully brushing off the bees and placing them in a dedicated storage compartment.
We remove the wax caps from the frames and place them in the honey extractor. Through centrifugal force, out comes our liquid gold.
It passes through coarse and fine sieves, then settles into stainless-steel barrels. We let the honey "rest" for a few days.
We jar it up and enjoy its sweetness and therapeutic properties. Ready for your table!

Through educational trips in Greece and abroad, I make use of all the bee's gifts — taking my work one step further.
In Slovenia I discovered the api-bed and therapeutic propolis inhalations — an experience that left its mark on me.
